These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the public portion of the Site, which is made available at no charge to users. Use of the Shareholder Resolution portion of website is governed by a separate agreement.

All pages within this Site and any material made available for download are the property of ACCR.

No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for use to assist ACCR.

Note however that should any group or organisation with aims similar to those of ACCR approach ACCR seeking to make some use the material on the pages they will get a sympathetic hearing.
